How Does a fan work

in this project we will examine the components a fan uses to work. A fan is a machine used to create flow within a fluid, typically a gas such as air The fan consists of a rotating arrangement of vanes or blades which act on the air. The rotating assembly of blades and hub is known as an impeller, a rotor, or a runner. Usually, it is contained within some form of housing or case. This may direct the airflow or increase safety by preventing objects from contacting the fan blades. Most fans are powered by electric motors, but other sources of power may be used, including hydraulic motors and internal combustion engines. Fans produce air flows with high volume and low pressure (although higher than ambient pressure), as opposed to compressors which produce high pressures at a comparatively low volume. A fan blade will often rotate when exposed to an air stream, and devices that take advantage of this, such as anemometers and wind turbines, often have designs similar to that of a fan. They are different types of fans.We have Propeller Fans,Vanaxian Fans, and much more. They are also fans that arent machines that are made of fabric or other material. So in this project we will examine the ceiling fan. A ceiling Fan is the fans that are in the ceiling. So that will be the type of fan we will be invastigating.

A fan has alot  of machines that complete a process and make the fan work.

To complete the project we will  think about
a possible way the fan creates breeze.. We will then verify our answer. If our answer was wrong we will tell the correct process the machines complete in a fan. But if we were in the right way then we will explain the experiment we did for getting that answer. We will specify the uses of each machine and how It could affect the fan.
